I used a competitor for many many years then was fed up with shenanigans. I've been very, very happy with the Culligan process of delivery, communications and staff.
What I like is we rent our equipment. We have the filtration system to get all contaminants and a pressurized 2 gallon holding tank. Filters and service NO CHARGE! Water tastes good.
But our technician Jacob is excellent! Knowledgeable, competent, reliable, courteous and he always ask any concerns about the Culligan system. Top grade professional and his priorities is his customer!

I like the fact that I know that the water is safe and clean, the delivery service and the young man that delivers to my home is the best, and whenever I have an inquiry, I’m always treated with respect from the young lady that answers the phone.

The tanks are delivered in a timely manner. The technicians are skilled & don't leave a mess. The soft water is perfect for my hard water area. Washing dishes, clothes, and bodies come out just fine.
