I have very hard water here at my residence - it actually turns orange straight out of the tap when untreated. I've had Culligan service since I moved in here in 1994. Recently I had a situation where my water wasn't doing well, even after I installed a new water heater. I called Culligan for assistance, and the person on the other end of the phone scheduled me for an inspection. In the end the water softener equipment was replaced, and now the water here at my house is once again superb.
A special thanks goes out to Matt and Paul for their assistance ... the best thing I can say about these two individuals is that both of them are Professionals. These are the kind of people you want to hire to represent your company - both are excellent at what they do. Thanks to them, my water problem was handled exceptionally well, and I am a satisfied customer.
