Great products. We own the Aquasential SMART HE 1.0 (outdoor softener) and the
Aquasential Smart (under-sink reverse osmosis) and it is fantastic. There is a sensor under the sink that alarms if any moisture leaks. The alarm went off once. It was easy to turn off and bypass the system while we waited for Culligan to come fix it. It did take a week for someone to come correct the issue. But I was told they were short staffed at the time. Plus I live way out in the country in Wilton CA. Not harm done and the Technician who fixed the issue was super knowledgeable; and when I asked, he took time to show me how to fix it myself if it ever happened again and left me several parts in case I needed them. He also emphasized I can call any time I need help. But I like to fix stuff myself when I can because I am retired and like to tinker! In any case, I really like this company. We also have them do routine maintenance and fill the system with salt on a pre-scheduled basis. They are likely clockwork. And they are always courteous and professional. Final note: I have a fancy espresso machine (coffee geek) and am able to bypass the filter system so I can keep the minerality in my water that simply makes a better tasting espresso. I say this to point out how sophisticate the Culligan system can be. Culligan is not exactly cheap. But it is totally worth it IMO.

I love having clean & soft water! I also love that Thomas Bruce is our "Culligan Guy"! He's ALWAYS very friendly with a smile on his face. I also love that he calls me ahead of time to make sure I'm home. I do put the scheduled deliveries in my calendar, but I don't always think to check it! Lol!

Once I called for a free soft water evaluation, we were put on their calendar immediately. The water evaluation specialist was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the cost options and quickly got us set up with the installer.
The installer was polite, helpful and explained everything very well.
We are happy with the results since our older unit left all our appliances with a cloudy scum that never came out. Not to mention our skin and hair aren’t so extremely dry.
