The salesperson (Donna) was very informative and professional. The installation crew were neat, clean and professional as well. There was a noticeable difference in the water quality, taste and softness.

As for the services, the installer Alex is next level professional, helpful, and knowledgeable!
The only issue’s I’ve had is we have a defective r/o pump that we’re waiting on and a Purge part we’re also waiting on.

I'm basically a "do-it-yourselfer", but having the scheduled salt refill and filter change is one of the best services available. They check my water and make sure everything is running correctly and I don't have to concern myself with any of it...and not over-priced.
