Customer service when calling in is very good . In the past when Culligan took over for Rayne there were quite a few issues mostly with deliveries. But now if there are any issues customer service is very helpful and friendly

The technician sent to the house was awesome. Didn’t try to upsell me anything. Explained the workings of my new softener unit in detail and even shared about personal life experiences related to my questions about the water. Great guy. And he liked dogs so my giant shepherd didn’t bother him.
Everything!! nothing is more important than having good water to drink and culligan makes this possible and there service is great they treat the customer with respect and they listen to what my needs are.

The Culligan team was amazing. They were able to take my order and deliver my equipment in 3 days. The water is amazing. The dispenser is amazing with Hot and Cold Feature. I love that I can have a cup of tea in a second. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our water is conditioned and our fixtures aren’t getting buildup like they used to. When we call for salt we don’t have to wait very long. The delivery driver takes the salt to the basement which is so nice!

I am very happy with the three gentlemen who installed my water softener and removed the old one they were very clean and polite give than a raise. PS one installed it Craig I think it his name , the other two gentlemen removed it . I have already mentioned it to my family and friends.
