I have had a long relationship with Culligan and found, overall, they have provided good service and good product. The rental cost of the softener is to the point where it probably would be more cost efficient to purchase a softener and their price for salt is on the high end. Having said all this, however, I plan to continue my relationship with Culligan of Minnetonka. They are good people to work with.

I’m very pleased with Zakk, the technician who replaced my older water filter, softener, and neutralizer system that was no longer working properly. Everything went smoothly, and he did an excellent job.
The biggest issue with Culligan is the waiting time to get service scheduled and completed.

well, al in all the service is great, however the $2 charge for processing my paper bill is out ride ridiculous. With the use of computers and all the current electronics this is just another way of ripping the consumer off. Question did the corporate office pass this extra income on to the employees, --OF course NOT !! You cann stick it if not>
The iron/sulphur water where I live was just intolerable prior to installing the Culligan equipment.
I have used Culligan water filter equipment since 1993. The equipment was always very effective. The iron and sulphur was filtered from the water. We were able to drink from the tap with the Culligan water filter installed.
The Culligan technicians needed to perform routine maintenance on the equipment were always effective and efficient.
Over the years, if I had any concerns or questions, I could always count on Lori, at Culligan, to help me. Lori is professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Even after I recently sold my home, Lori assisted the new owners with their Culligan water filter needs.

this company has been very helpful and professional since the first time I spoke to them. The water softener they installed has done exactly what they said it would. Our scheduled salt delivery but Ryan did above and beyond. Typically we receive two bags and it is used up quickly. He provided 8 bags and filled it himself. We have been calling Dayton culligan on Wilmington Pike but it seems that culligan Fairborn is far superior to culligan Dayton.
I’m very happy with the prompt service and the job was done quickly as well.
