The customer experience I have had from Culligan Sterling has been second to none. In today's society, I feels like customer service is less and less a priority, to the point that I hesitate to shop anywhere or reach out to any business. I always feel like patronizing places of business is an inconvenience somehow tonthe company. That couldn't be further from the truth with Culligan Sterling. They are always promt with return calls and service. They even reached out to me when they saw I was having issues with my equipment. Their level of customer service is refreshing in today's world. I appreciate the excellent customer experience
All of the products that we need are available and the service people are friendly and knowlegable.
The coffee is good and I get excellent service and deliveries from my rep, Kendal Moore. He answers questions that I have and is always prompt to deliver anything extra I need. He always returns my calls especially when it is an emergency.

It all started with our sales rep, Josie Jones, who was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us toward the right systems for our home. She made the whole process easy and stress-free from the very beginning.
Our installer, Ron Ward, was incredibly polite and professional throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how thorough he was in walking us through both systems, he gave us a detailed demo that was easy to understand, so we left feeling fully confident about how everything works and how to maintain it.
The products themselves have made a noticeable difference in our water quality, and knowing we have clean, filtered water throughout the house and at the tap gives us real peace of mind.
