I'm very impressed with our deliver. He's always takes care of everything, brings in the salt and takes care of changing filters. He's always, you know, update and knows what he's doing. I can't say enough good things about our delivery driver lucas, out of newburgh, new York. He is just a wonderful representative for coal again.

My latest maintenance visit (Wed 3/4, Laurel, MT) technician was awesome. I think his name is Travis but I don't remember. He was very helpful and full of information that will certainly be to my benefit in maintaining my RO system. He deserves a raise and accommodation for outstanding customer service. Thank you.

We needed a part fixed, but my husband hasn't worked in over a year. We are tight on money and our equipment was not working properly. They sent someone out to look at our system and fix it for us! We are so grateful and blessed!!!
Quality of water, dependability of on time delivery and excellent customer service.
Obviously, my water wouldn't be usable without Culligan. I always know when the salt is low in the container because my cotton shower curtains begin turning orange.
As for service, the delivery people are always pleasant and efficient.
My only concern is that for some reason you have scheduled me for a delivery every six months. It isn't nearly frequent enough, and in fact it used to be every couple of months. On the other hand, whenever I have called to ask for a delivery, it has happened quite quickly--within a week or so.

Very thourough, kind and efficient.
I have a lot of iron in my water and the softener helps tremendously when it’s working properly. The technician was super nice, explained things to me as he was testing my water and while he checked out the softener unit itself. Because of its age, he recommended replacing it. I truly appreciated his advice on how to improve my service!!! Thank you so much!!!

I get salt delivered to me and emptied into my unit ! And I am reminder when I'm due for a check-up. Therefore, I always have soft water. Wonderful!!!

It’s so convenient and our delivery driver Larry is fantastic!
We've worked with Culligan for years now, and appreciate the quality of product and service, and responsiveness.
I will say that something seems to have changed in billing, and also we notice occasional delays in delivery. This doesn't seem to be the fault of customer service reps or other Culligan delivery, billing etc. staff members though. Maybe just a rough change-transition on billing systems, etc. or someone calling out on the delivery routes.
Otherwise, we appreciate you!

Tim was great himself but I'm glad you got Ryan to replace him. Can't complain about either one of those guys!
