All of your representatives have been very accommodating as to scheduling appointments. I appreciate the annual reminder for service and filter change. The service people have always been on time, are very cordial and willing to answer any question I may have.
Delivery from the young man is always simple and friendly! He always checks our equipment and has done immediate adjustments or repairs when necessary . Our payment has been set to be automatic through the bank and therefore another hassle free offering! Our water is soft without much residue.

We can not go without this delicious, mouth watering, treat! People come over and say they cant stop drinking the water. They get up in middle of night to drink the water.

Delivery and loading the water softener for a 66 year old lady is a great blessing!
Appointment was between 8-1, The first agent to assess the situation was here within the agreed time. A quick check on the problem and a solution was suggested.When the next team came they arrived at 8 which was awesome! They switched out the tan filled it with the bags of salt I had and were gone by 8:30. All three gentlemen involved with this call were polite and friendly.
I appreciated that the delivery person carried the bags of salt downstairs for me.

All around a responsive organization to my questions or concerns. Organized with regular preventive maintenance appointments, and timely with any issues that arise. Everyone is pleasant and polite in their communication, and so helpful too. I'm thankful for this business and partnership!
We rent our water softener and our drinking water, which is also hooked up to our ice maker. They come every quarter to fill the salt in the softener and check our drinking water, never has there been a problem. Yearly they change the filters on reverse osmosis. Never do we need to buy plastic water bottles. Any time I needed to call their office they were courteous , helpful and friendly .
I highly recommend Culligan in O’Fallon.
