Our tech alexx was amazing thorough and polite. He was very helpful and explained everything in a way I understood.
This system was installed because the original system was 18 years old and we wanted to upgrade the system.
We did not have any softener repairs during the full 18 years.
That is why we stuck with the Culligan brand.
It is a quality system and does great on softening the hardest of water.
The install was completed in a very short time and Culligan even hauled away the old unit for us.
The installer was knowledgeable and friendly.

Your products and services are mostly okay. It's your raise of monthly charges that I am not happy about. An increase of $8.56 is insane!! You can't blame that on the price of gas since it is already dropping a bit and will drop more. We only get salt delivered 3-4 times a year and those trips to our house are combined with many others in our area. You have yet to come to our house to even check the functionality of your rental equipment that was installed seven years ago. I think we may be due for new filters for our RO system even though that is all working fine.
I will call for an appointment for new filters. ... Our internet monthly charges increased by only ONE dollar a few months ago, our trash charges increased by TWO dollars per month, car insurance up by only ONE dollar and you hit us up for an increase of over EIGHT dollars. WHY?? I believe this is just another example of the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer. I know that has been going on for likely centuries, but still not required by everyone. You might even consider an explanation as to why these increases happen without explanation or warning. Thank you for the opportunity to vent.
