This delivery included new jugs:-) but the people are what make the company. My delivery person, Alister, is wonderful, kind and a great face for the company! Also, when I’ve had to call the office the reps that answer the phone have a smile on their face and are polite and helpful.
Today, Sean came and checked out the problem with my water softerner and was very informative in explaining what he was going to do and why. He quickly came back to let me know he made an adjustment and all was fixed and ready to go. He is a very friendly and helpful tech. I enjoyed speaking with him. He treated me with respect. It would be great if he was my service tech every month.
I was not happy with the lack of service in the past 2 months and now I feel better about Culligan again thanks to Sean.

Brian came out to repair my water softener. After a few questions, he immediately diagnosed the problem. As he was fixing the problem, he explained why & what he was doing, & showed me the difference between the bad part & the replacement. He also told me how to get rid of the orange stains that I had on my fixtures. When I was a younger man I was a foreman of a shop that repaired industrial electric & pneumatic machinery. I would have welcomed a man of Brian's ability to work for me. He's a Keeper.

We recently moved and had been a Culligan customer for ten-plus years. We tried being a good neighbor and accepted delivery from a local water vendor. We used less than one bottle and got on the phone to bring back my drinking water. It’s the best. And the delivery folks are helpful, courteous, and prompt.
We’ve been really happy with the quality of water since installing a Culligan softener and filter.
Prior to Culligan, our faucets would become “crusty” from our very hard water. No problems now! Bath surfaces are clear, no white residue. Huge improvement.
I’m also really impressed by our delivery service from Lucas.
He’s efficient, careful and answers any questions about Culligan products and services- just a really great guy.

I'm very impressed with our deliver. He's always takes care of everything, brings in the salt and takes care of changing filters. He's always, you know, update and knows what he's doing. I can't say enough good things about our delivery driver lucas, out of newburgh, new York. He is just a wonderful representative for coal again.
Delivery men do a good job and never leave any mess either in the house or driveway which is appreciated.
