The quality of work is great. The technician take time to ensure any service has been fixed ton ensure no rescheduling of follow-on visit. All the personnel (technicians and office personnel) are friendly and courteous.

The guys who deliver the salt are always very friendly and helpful. They are efficient and get the salt bags down into the basement and fill the tank in a timely manner. And I always get a phone call right before they get to the house. They do a great job.

I really enjoy the product! It's awesome having cold, great tasting water fresh on the bubbler everyday. If I ever run out of the 5 gallon containers, Culligan is always quick to make sure they send out water in the meantime before my delivery. Very easy to work with and a very reasonable price point.
