PrairieFire is great, my tech Alexx absolutely saved the day fixing our coffee machines. He also made extra efforts to make sure the machines continued optimal operation after repair, helping us troubleshoot further. Please give him a raise! He also has helped over the phone several times and is one of the major reasons we love PrairieFire despite technical difficulties! He is awesome!

The treatment keeps scale and buildup of any kind from forming on our shower heads, etc. The delivery schedule is on time and takes minimum effort in changing the tanks. Good job all around. The price is right as well.
