The sales rep and the installer both were very personable and professional. They both took the necessary time to explain their product and what they were doing. The softener and water filter were installed when scheduled and in a timely manner. We had filtered water within a short amount of time and soft water within a few days. We've noticed a big difference already in our water quality. And Culligan was competitive in pricing as well.
