The product is good, I like the variety our Machine has to offer our guests. I especially love the response time for service to our Machine. Each interaction I have had with Alexx, as been great. He has went above and beyond to help us when our Machine has not been functioning like we had expected it to. He even gave me a crash course on how to properly care for the machine between vendor visits. Thats true hands on customer service. We hope Alexx is always around to help us!

Quality product, but the constant communication is very much appreciated. Days are busy, so the friendly reminders are so helpful & the calls or texts from the delivery drivers on the day of are most important when we are forgetful. Sometimes the day of texts about delivery time are a bit off, but manageable. For example… text will say “your delivery will be between 9:15 & 11:00, but it’s only 8:30 and the delivery is already completed.
I have had my Culligan water softener and RO system for over 8 years. In all that time I have never had a problem. Every couple years or so I would have one of their Tech’s come and check it over. I have always found that their service is as good and reliable as their products.
I think your service reps should wear shoe coverings, or sock coverings, when they enter a household. Our service men took off their shoes or boots, but their socks were damp from sweat and marked our hardwood floors. Not very good customer service, I'd say. Other servicemen, such as the person who installed our new water heater, put coverings over his boots before venturing into the house from the foyer.
