We always get a call when we forget to leave empty bottles outside. Our delivery driver is fabulous. Customer service is also. Every tine I've called with a billing issue, they've explained things simply and it made sense. I came from another water company (that starts with P) and hated their customer service. They made me cry I got so frustrated! I've never had anything like that from Culligan. I will recommend them to everyone.

I was disappointed because when I made the appt it was to have a new softener installed… the one I have is probably 20+ yrs old and it’s not working properly and I have expressed that multiple times. This is probably my 3rd or 4th appt I tried for schedule a new softener to be installed and the service technicians show up just to test my water and know nothing about a new softener. The calcium and lime build up is really bad and it’s worse at my house due to the old softener.
I called and was advised that Karen and Nelson would be informed about everything but I never heard anything back.
I tried to resolve this so many times and nothing has been done, but yet my rate was just increased!??
I’m no longer paying for your bad products and am cancelling my account.
Please make sure this is done asap!

i am very happy with my service! I tell everyone that the water and the cooler with the hot water is the VERY BEST!!! I don't worry about the water I am drinking, and do not have to purchase the cases of water! Thank you!
