Your Company has sent "Devin" to our home for replacing all filters. He called us before came to our place. First thing he asked was whether he should take his shoes off or not. I guess he noticed that we don't wear shoes in the house and I said to him No and instead offered him shoe covers and he was Ok with it w/o any problem.
His workmanship was really nice w/o any mess and cleaned the area after he was done.
This is the first time I and my wife were so happy to have a great worker like "Devin" to our home. I sure likely have him next time too.

The Supervisor ( who used to be the technician) is great and his new technician and the delivery guy for the salt I think (Matt is his name). All very nice and understanding! Also the receptionist in Windsor is very helpful!

I need the delivery service and the young man who brings my water is so personable. When I could still pick up my water, a very nice woman would carry it to my car for me.

Knowing lead and other nasties are being eliminated from my water gives me peace of mind. I grew up in L.A. in the 50s and 60s. Even then we had Culligan filtering our water. When I purchased my 1st house, Culligan was part of my water system. Now I live in Ohio, and once again Culligan's whole house system is making my laundry and showers better, and the drinking water system in my kitchen gives me plenty of healthy water. I appreciate that the delivery personnel take the salt bags down to my tank and fill it for me. Talk about strong people! I couldn't begin to lift the salt bags so their service makes me so very happy!

Love my water deliveries from Metzner's. The guys are super nice and I can get whatever I need at the time of delivery. And the water tests out perfectly. Good stuff.
Having soft water is a great thing,our unit was killed by a power surge,took a few weeks to replace,technician installed the unit ,making it look better than the old one,can't beat soft water,had my copper piping looked at after 50 years looks and performs great,plumber said the pipes life was extended with soft water usage

I have been a customer of Culligan of Port Huron, MI for over 30 years and I have rented their equipment all this time, (I have well water, that has gas, salt and is very hard). We live in a rural area, the people around here, recommended Culligan. They have delivered salt and serviced the equipment for me, all these years and I have NEVER had a complaint! The office staff have always kept me up io schedule for salt deliveries and been very helpful whenever any questions came up. I highly recommend Culligan of Port Huron for your water service!
