I like the fact that they equipment installed works very well. We have had Culligan for many many years. I mean a very long time, and about the only problem we have had is the timing for the water filter to activate has needed to have the timing adjusted, probably something to do with this ridiculous twice a year time change, or when ever the power would go out for several hours. But Culligan would come right out and reset the timing. The best thing is when we need salt delivered they would bring it out and actually bring it into the house and pour a bag or two into the salt tank. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. My old age and back problems stop me from lifting the 40 pound bags. And the men who do this are always very kind and respectful. Can't ask for more then that.

The products are fine. Loved the service man Ed. He was wonderful. Knowledgeable and very thorough. Did not like the fact that I had to wait 5 days with water leaking from under my kitchen sink.

We had a problem with our water softener not regenerating. Even though it was 15 months old Culligan came and put a new part in and didn't charge us. Great service!
