I have had Culligan products and have used the services for almost 12 years and have always been happy with this company. The products appear to be high quality. The services are beneficial in keeping the system running, maintenance appointments are scheduled yearly with reminders when filter replacements are due, customer service is responsive when I have questions. I am totally satisfied with this company.

He took time to explain things to me when i asked questions. And gave me a couple of suggestions as to why the cold water was soft but not the hot water. Told me my present water softner was still working fine.

Equipment works forever, service is prompt, competent, and predictable. Prices are competitive.
I usually give them a 10, but they wanted to charge me a fee for a service call to find out why my water purification system is running weaker than usual. That used to be a free call as I use them to change the reverse osmosis filters. Not happy about that, and I decided not to use them to change the filters that year. We will see this year. I have been using Culligan of Miami for over 25 years for water softener and reverse osmosis. I still use them for salt deliveries as well. They do know water.
Culligan service has always been prompt. The staff are very polite, and they did not try to upsell us on products or services. We are presently waiting for the installation of our new Culligan water treatment system, as our old one is now 19 years old and at the end of its life.
