Your representatives speak for your company! They are the voice of your company. I recently spoke with Beth Ritter. I have not spoken to a more friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful customer service representative in a very long time. She addressed my concerns and scheduled a service representative to come to my home in an extremely quick time frame. She repeatedly thanked me for our 40 years of service.
You need to give this girl a raise - BUT, that being said - keep her in the public service area… she represents your company extremely well!
I found my old unit not functioning any longer. I made a call and had a service person out very quickly. I was informed and personally shown why my unit was not working. It became obvious that i needed another one. I selected a unit and they were here the next week and installed it. I am back in service and happy with my new unit. It was quick and simple.
