The telephone help is excellent; they are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Danny the technician is super knowledgeable and carries the right parts in his truck.
Service rep was very nice and helpful. He provided a quick tutorial for operation and troubleshooting of the system. Was quick to find the issue, plumbers tape wrapped around a piston,,and resolve the problem. Checked every piston to ensure proper operation of the system. Provided much needed salt and ensured our two homes were on the schedule for salt delivery. Excellent customer service and good solid knowledge of product.
I like the thought that they come to my door to bring me my water. I don’t have to get it. Staff is very friendly.

It's good to have a great product with a company that offers excellent service. Chris, the service tech, did an outstanding job performing our yearly service. Not only was the service done in time and as scheduled, he went above and beyond providing me all the details while he worked. He didn't have to, but I really appreciate his willingness to take a little extra time giving me that peace of mind.

Less expensive than DIY, less work than filling your own salt (loading into your vehicle and unloading into your softener salt tank). Less work than refilling your own media every 4-5 years. A win-win all around.
