Products are fine. Services are exceptional. Our new delivery guy, Dalton, is the best. Not only did he take the time to explain where things go what to look for and so on. He took into consideration that I couldn’t lift those 40 pound bags of salt, so he did it for me. Changed out the filter and everything else that he was supposed to do. He was very personable and I just gotta say, Roll Tide Dalton!!

The customer service as been amazing! We were getting new carpet put in and needed to move our unit so we contacted Jenny just to see if they would have someone come and show us how to disconnect it so we didn't mess it up. Jenny scheduled a technician to come out to unhook and move our unit the day of the instillation and they came back the following Monday to hook it back up! We had a little bit of a billing issue at first but they've been a great help with getting that resolved.
