We just had the RO installed so we can’t rate the system just yet. The installer Matt was great. Communicated what he was doing, how it worked, suggestions etc. what we really appreciated also, was the call we got from the office saying Matt would be a bit late, then Matt texting when he would be here. That type of thoughtfulness goes a long way. I also want to mention that David S, the consultant, was great too. David was just like Matt with communication, professionalism, etc. very good team…..thank you.

I would first like to state that Clayton the service tech was very nice, informative and went out of his way to help us. My dissatisfaction was in not being able to access the app to look at the app. This issue was rectified and I am very happy with the customer service that was rendered to get my system back to its full capabilities.
