I like that You come and fill my salt and change our filter regularly but this past time our filter was not changed. Our filter needs to be changed every time salt is added due to the sediment in our water.

I'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that our regular delivery provider, Jared Pinkerton, has been great to work with during the time we've lived in our home here in Mishawaka. He regularly delivers water softener salt and changes a filter for us. I am a busy mom who frequently forgets when deliveries are coming. I miss deliveries or am slow answering the door. Jared is always patient with me and with our dog, who enthusiastically follows him. The last time Jared was here I was in a rush to get to an appointment just as he arrived. He kindly offered to move his truck out of my way so I could leave. We really appreciate his upbeat attitude and calm demeanor.
