Your representatives speak for your company! They are the voice of your company. I recently spoke with Beth Ritter. I have not spoken to a more friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful customer service representative in a very long time. She addressed my concerns and scheduled a service representative to come to my home in an extremely quick time frame. She repeatedly thanked me for our 40 years of service.
You need to give this girl a raise - BUT, that being said - keep her in the public service area… she represents your company extremely well!

I like the fact you do all the work because of our age we are not able to carry the bags of salt or able to change the filters. The service people are so friendly and nice.

When you live in the desert or any remote area, it is important to have a reliable water delivery service. I tried lots of different bottled waters and water deliveries before choosing the best, and that is Culligan! I prefer the taste of Culligan water above all others I have tried.
