There are several things that I like about your services:
....you keep us supplied with coffee and I do not have to remember to go and purchase it when it gets low.
...when the machine has an issue you are good to come out and fix it right away
... You are always pleasant to talk to on the phone if I have any issues.
... having parts or a replacement coffee pot when I need it is a big plus in my books

I like that you deliver the salt to my basement and take away the empty sacks. If i want my rented unit checked over, you do it with a special call.
