If there’s a problem with a Culligan equipment they will come out free of charge if your a customer of theirs. They are always friendly and won’t leave until the job is finished and your equipment is running smoothly. They scheduled me if not the same day the next day for sure.

They really perform to our expectations
Have not had issue with product(s) until a month ago. We have been with Culligan a long time.
You were not able to send anyone for about 4 weeks. This meant we couldn't drink our water, wash clothes etc. We spent money to facilitate our needs i.e. buy water and use laundromat. We could see the brown in the toilet, coffee pot etc.
We weren't satisfied with that response.
Your technician, Zakk, arrived on time and gave us a clear understanding of what happened.. He listened to our concerns and was quite knowledgeable. Overall a great response from Zakk.
We hope the company gets more technicians like Zakk to get its service response down to a reasonable length of time.
