I had a small problem with my Culligan Zero water pitcher. The gauge on the side stopped working. I called the customer service number and was directed to Jennifer Haley who was very patient and courteous. She was able to get me in contact with the right people who took care of my problem immediately. Jennifer was extremely helpful!

Delivery drivers are the best. Respectful of our building, and we are often not even aware they are here. We have a fairly small area for water bottles, and they accommodate that area very well.
Soft water prevents ring around the tubs and sinks. Wash water prevent stiff wrinkled clothing. Drinking water is purified and taste good. The service and technicians are great professionals. Friendly, efficient and customer oriented.

Paul is an outstanding expert senior technician. He always seems able to quickly figure out whatever might be wrong with the system and explains things in a way that really helps me understand how to keep it running smoothly. What I appreciate most is that he even comes back a second time just to make sure everything is working properly. That extra care and attention truly means a lot.
Everything so far is going good.
The number one thing that stands out about this company is their communication. Our previous water service was purchased by a larger corporation, and communication became extremely difficult and frustrating. It has been a refreshing and delightful experience to work with a company where you can actually communicate with someone locally.
The entire team has been great to work with, and I especially want to recognize Jenny McFlroy at the front desk. She has gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions and ease any concerns I had during the transition.
I truly appreciate the level of service and responsiveness, and I look forward to continuing our relationship with the whole team.

Sean was here and he did an excellent job of getting the work done as being e mail or, and explained everything. What was wrong and how, what needed to be done to fix it and he fixed it immediately. So that is my comment.
