Very satisfied with products purchased From Culligan. Experienced an issue with a malfunctioning controller for nitrate filter. Reported to headquarters and service representative was dispatched the following day to assess the issue. Did not have what was needed to make repair at the time and returned two days later with necessary equipment to make repairs. Everything is working perfectly.

Our delivery person is always very nice and does a very good job. The water is also enjoyed by all employees.
Very good quality, Jesus Jimenez is always coming in with a good attitude, we recently had an issue with our old water dispenser and he can and brought us a new one within a few hrs from calling.

The after service and the 2 products we have purchased and had serviced plus the after service care are and were excellent.
My delivery driver Joeis really great, friendly and very respectful. He has been my delivery driver for almost 9 years. I have never had any problems with the delivery or the service. Even when I moved to a different area in Danbury, Joe and Culligan never missed a beat with delivery.
I am very satisfied with both delivery and service.
Always kept in contact with regard to service visits. Whenever I have to call, everyone who answers is very nice & helpful.
