Service is fine. Not happy with the new plastic cap on top of the water bottle. Plastic is strong and thick. Will not penetrate the prong on the water dispenser when turned upside down to place on dispenser. Have to make a hole in the cap before placing on dispenser. Lose water as a result as once turned upside down water starts coming out before I can get it onto the dispenser. I am 72 years old. Not getting any easier handling these water bottles. Phoned Culligan office to complain. Lady I talked to was aware as complaints have been received. Nothing to be done until such time these caps are used up and then will go back to the old ones. Fast forward two months and still no change to the caps. Nor was I offered any credit or apology. I have been a customer of Culligan for a long time and am disappointed in how Culligan has not dealt with this situation in a fast and timely manner. If my next delivery does not have the old caps back on the bottles, I will be looking for a different water supplier.

Our tech alexx was amazing thorough and polite. He was very helpful and explained everything in a way I understood.
This system was installed because the original system was 18 years old and we wanted to upgrade the system.
We did not have any softener repairs during the full 18 years.
That is why we stuck with the Culligan brand.
It is a quality system and does great on softening the hardest of water.
The install was completed in a very short time and Culligan even hauled away the old unit for us.
