The water system I had installed in 2000 has provided me with delicious water consistently and until the flow of water became a drizzle there was no complaint. However, when I called and described my problem, the local Ocala receptionist was able to make the recommendation that I have a service call and it was probably due to the fact that I had never replaced the filters in the system. I hadn't because no one suggested I should have them replaced or checked in 4-5 years. It turned out that that was the problem and the very efficient and knowledgeable James who replaced all the filters confirmed tht it would work well once he was done, and he was correct. The water again flows out of the kitchen faucet and tastes delicious.

My delivery person was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He tested for soft water, explained why there was water at the bottom of the tank and filled the tank efficiently.
Sales rep was informative and helpful. Allowed us the space to make a decision and was quick to outline next steps and contract questions. Installation Techs were professional and just as informative, they worked quick and got the job done neatly.
We are unable to carry the salt downstairs anymore. We appreciate Jared taking the salt down and filling our softener up. He is always friendly and quick. We are thankful for the service.

The only thing I dislike is the payment schedule my payment doesn't come out till like the 15th of the month an for someone that is on disability living paycheck to paycheck It makes it kind of hard to know what I have for the rest of the month but other than that I absolutely love Culligan and my service and everything
