Our installer Ian did a great job on every level. Delivering and installing the water softening unit and explaining how it works. We look forward to enjoying the soft water as opposed to our hard well water. We’ve had Culligan products before and are always pleased with the service.
The quality of the product and the kindness of the employees. We've been using Culligan in our home for close to 50 years if not longer. We've never had issues, to my knowledge, with any of the equipment and the service people have always been trustworthy, courteous, and knowledgeable.
The last few service techs that have come to our home to deliver the new system and to deliver salt have been great! The last one, Andrew, was a complete gentleman and nice to talk to.
