We live on a tricky mountain road, and I haven’t ever had an issue. I always get a call from the delivery driver to ask how many bottles I need, or if we need to work out a different delivery spot of our road is tricky in the winter. He is always so nice and willing to work with me.

I like having fresh water delivered to my door. I don't like our water--it tastes funny and leaves calcium build up on the faucet and in your glass. This water is so fresh, clear and has no after taste.

I use exchange tanks for soft water. I think it may help keep household plumbing in good condition. Soft water is easier on your skin too. Also like phone reminders that a delivery is scheduled for the next business day.
