Dependable and salt service
We just have the reverse osmosis system and that keeps us with clean water anytime we need it. The maintenance is just a once a year call to have the filters changed and that is it. We are happy with the unit.

This is my first time using a water delivery service. I purchased my unit from Walmart and thought I might get a refusal of service but my journey had just begun with a phone call. The lady on the phone reassured me that purchasing my unit elsewhere was perfectly fine. She set me up with delivery service and I was notified when they would come and the gentle man came in and set up everything for me. I am a disabled elderly person so I was thrilled with the service I received from beginning to end. I foresee a long relationship with this water company. Thank you

We love all the products. We have two R.O. systems, one softner and one whole house filter. I love all of the equipment. The RO'S are fantastic. Pure drinking water. The softener little salt usage is great. I like that its a smart unit & I can monitor the water usage & have the flexibility of turning off the unit & placing in by-pass mode while using exterior water.
The installer of our equipment was great. Very thorough, very careful with our interior furnishings. Very happy with his installation process.
We purchased the service package as well and so far no complaints.
Definitely would recommend this service & equipment to others.

My water softener works well. I wish there could be a way for the delivery of salt be done in such a way as to give a two hour window for the delivery. As it is I have to stay home possibly all day to be here for the driver to deliver my salt.
