I love my soft water! I have had it since 1996 and cannot shower using regular tap water.
At this time I still have free service check until 2027 and that is so reassuring - Culligan Man comes - checks the operation of the unit and the quality of the soft water. They are very pleasant techs. The office personnel are always friendly when I pick up salt or when I call with a question.

Next life convenient for me. My only suggestion for a change would be to have available smaller water bottles for those of us who are older and can’t lift 50 pound bottles onto the water dispenser. It’s getting harder to do this chore.
Our regular delivery man, Joe, knows what we need and brings it every time. Its great!

We love our reverse osmosis system and my wife and I think it has paid for its self already. We don't have to buy water anymore and that is freeing. The whole process was great and our sales guy Nate is a great catch as well.
I find the products very expensive, however, the service representative that came to my home today was very professional and knowledgeable about the system. He was very patient and taught me a few things I didn’t know about my system.

My only issue is I can’t seem to get a monthly bill ever since you went paperless. Every month I have to call and have your office send me my monthly invoice.
