We had Culligan come out to our house years ago. Our well water was not drinkable and was staining our sinks and toilets orange. Ever since, we have a Culligan water softener that has changed our lives. The water runs clear from our taps beautifully clear and odorless.
I would also like to mention our driver Joe from the Danbury office. He has made our experience with Culligan terrific because he cares about us and that we are happy with his service. This personal interaction is what makes it work so well and why we give him the highest marks in all categories. Joe goes above and beyond to keep everything on point. I am a paraplegic and bound to a wheelchair, Joe seems to know what I want him to do before I have a chance to mention it.
We joyfully give a 10 for Culligan’s products and services.

Excellent service from Culligan. I have been with the company for many, many years. You can depend on this company for any kind of service that they are offering whether its buying a new water softener or having salt delivered for it. Deric has just delivered 10 bags of salt last week for me for my water softener with a smile and being very professional with fast, courteous service. Culligan has been around for many years and is very dependable. I highly recommend this company.
Long lasting. Efficient
Great service, good pricing, prompts deliveries. Not sure if it is still an option, but I love being the premium member and having my inspection and maintenance done on a regular basis, along with salt deliveries on demand. We have been with Culligan since our first house in Saskatoon back in 1998 and have never looked back. They have been with us in every house at city since then.
I’d like to service drivers day is real nice if you asked them to do you a favor they’re willing to do so. I appreciate that and I definitely would recommend customer for the service.
Efficient process and staff always pleasant and helpful.
We appreciate their taking care of automatic salt refills. We don’t have to be present when they come out. We give the driver our garage code and he takes care of the rest.
