The driver has been very courteous, personable, & helpful on his recent visits. He acknowledges the receptionist when he enters the building to start our delivery and answers any questions we have. He was able to give us some extra bottles this time due to our guys starting to drink more with the increase in temps as of late. Very pleased that he accommodated our request on the spot. Your professionalism, kindness, patience, & service is much appreciated. Recently, Tarl resolved a minor issue to reset leak lock, performed monthly service & replaced needed parts. However, the sink dispenser stopped working a few days later. I contacted Chelsea & explained but not complained about the recent service. Kindly, she understood & will establish a work order for service rep to return. Tarl checked the “bud” twice before he left. I’m not mad or upset. Tarl is a true professional. V Robinson

We have been using culligan water softener for more that 50 years. We added the reverse osmosis about 15 years ago. We are happy with both services and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for soft water and good tasting water.
