The staff is great and the products work very well. We have very hard water in this area and the RO system I have does wonders for the drinking water. The water softener system does a great job with keeping our clothes clean and bright in washing and we don't ever have an issue with hard water in showers.

I like the customer service that Brockville has. You call about anything and they are right there with the answer or have someone coming out to check the system. You don't get that kind of service much anymore but Culligan Brockville does.

Your service team is excellent—very knowledgeable and they take the time to explain everything step by step: what each component does, what’s in the water, and how to treat it. Even though some of it sounds like “jibberish” at first, they’re patient and genuinely passionate about breaking it down so it makes sense. just FYI we came from the city and never ever heard of a water softener. city water was always fine to us ( until ).
Just an idea: every 6 months or so, it might be helpful to have someone reach out to customers to explain any new products, review water treatment options, or go over how to properly maintain and clean the equipment. It took a service call after about 6 years for someone to mention the Razz $30 bottle that helps keep the machine clean. Is it a waste of money? Does it help? Time will tell—but it’s always good to hear advice from the pros once in a while.
I’d also be open to having someone come out periodically to re-test the water and see if there are better ways to treat it. I’m willing to pay if it makes sense. Right now, my wife and I are still discussing the iron tank filter, which I believe was quoted around $1,300. It’s a bit pricey, especially with how tough things are right now, but we are seriously considering it as an investment.
