I’m not sure because this is a new owner. Before my service was owned by Kitzman and they were excellent for about 30 years. I have not yet had a service call. The delivery service has been fine this year.

I think the water is good quality and the customer service is friendly and helpful. I would like to see Culligan’s spring water become available in glass bottles however. Right now it is only available through Mountain Valley.
