We switch from another competor and can't be happier. The machine keeps the cold very cold and the hot really hot. The water stays good and the deliveries are always on time.
The customer service is far superior to that of Madison's office. I am so happy I found out the Dodgeville office exists. Why? Because delivery times can sort of be scheduled timewise vs no time "can be given until delivery day and driver will call when on his way." That does not work for everyone.

Consistent. The new portal is great. Knowing all the dates in advance for pickup is very important for planning, so that is nice to have. Only issue is sometimes when being shipped, the lids can move a bit, and then there is a slow leak when they are stored on their side. I have also had the actual handle of the HEAVY bottle fall off. This could have been very dangerous for an older customer. Had this handle issue twice.
Always friendly staff on the phone. Deliveries are timely. Always take my concerns genuinely.
