We are new to Culligan, and really took a chance by going with a reputable name in the water softener market. My understanding is that your costs are just a little higher, but I also think that your expertise and products weren't the extra cost.
The representative who demonstrated the system was very knowledgeable and very thorough. He answered all the questions and provided samples. He also followed up after the installation to make sure everything was working as expected.
We just had our first salt delivery and service. The young man was punctual, courteous, and took time to explain everything on my first delivery. He also checked out the system, and I was very pleased.
The installer (Peter I think his name was) was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my household. The sales rep (Doug) made it a pint to be here to assist. I was greatful for all they both did.

You guys give us very good service on our water softener and reverse osmosis unit. We have very hard well water that contains arsenic. You folks deliver our salt for the softener as needed plus change the filters in the reverse osmosis yearly.
