Paul - their technician who helped us was knowledgeable and went above and beyond, doing some serious problem solving on why our RO system wasn’t working despite changing the filters. Very impressive for him to figure out the more complicated problem and fix it swiftly. Brie in customer support is also very responsive and effective in answering questions and setting up appointments in a very timely manner. She is also knowledgeable and had resolved issues with updates of our rare and more complicated whole house filtration system by inputting parts numbers/specs in the data base enabling the procurement of the correct replacement parts.
They have been working very well. I have very hard water with a sulpher smell. With the Culligan water system I can live with my water. The reverse osmosis also works very well and I am able to drink this water. When I first moved out here I used to get water from Chicago to drink because I couldn't stand my water now I think it is great.
Zak was great in trying to figure out the problem we were experiencing and explained everything very thoroughly.

When I called Culligan Consolidated I got a technician, Vernon, to come out that afternoon. He took samples of my well water at my sink and provided testing for me quickly. He showed me what the problems were with my water and came up with a plan which would take care of several parameters such as iron, sulfur, nitrates, hard water and so on. The next morning another technician, Joey, came out and installed the 2 water filters, UV treatment, and a reverse osmosis treatment under sink.
My problems with my well water were solved within a 24 hour period. I was impressed with Vernon's and Joey's highly professional, courteous, knowledge, and hard work they put in to install such a complex system in a relatively short time period. Great tasting water!

The equipment is very reliable. I have a softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system. The reverse osmosis is serviced once per year at no extra charge and if there any problems with the softener, one quick call to their office and a technician comes out and fixes the problem at no extra charge. I also had them install a whole house filter system to filter out the sand coming in from the well. They showed me how to maintain it and if I want them to do the maintenance for me they come right out and replace the filter and check to be sure every is working properly.
