Ralph from the Carbondale office is an excellent technician! he takes the time necessary to service our Culligan R/O system and water softener system and to address all our concerns and questions to ensure that our softener and r/o systems are operating correctly. Staff works with your needs
The salt seems to work better and last longer than what I can buy in the store. Also, having the bags delivered and my softener filled is convenient and one less thing I have to worry about.

Your service man came over and decided that I did not require any salt so I was not charged for any. Amazing.

The repairman WILL, out of Dixon office, looked at situation and knew immediately what the problem was (previously delivery man looked at our softener to no result). Not only did Will immediately diagnose issue, he fixed it with a tool of his own device he carried with him (!) We were impressed not only with his competence but with his taking time to explain issue and what he'd done...answering all our questions.

Easy process
The person who delivered the salt was very and put the salt where I asked him to. He did give me the sanitation packet to put in the tank.
Overall I’m very pleased although it takes too long to get service when there’s a problem. Excellent service people!
