I think we had a new service man for Name removed at N149 at the Fawnbrook Apartments. I loved it that he called because his instructions said to deliver before 2:30 PM. He paid attention to that and he called me at about 2:25 to see if it would be okay to deliver at that time. As a result of him paying attention, I found out that First name removed's assistant actually leaves a little before 2:30 to pick up her son from school. First name removed was up and I called him and he was able to answer the door. First name removed is in a wheel chair and sometimes not able to get to the door in time when someone knocks. So the water delivery was successful and all is well. Thanks so much for your office personnel leaving the note the for driver and the driver paying attention to the note.

The product is necessary where the h20 is so hard. It protects all appliances that require h20. Collagen service is always top notch too. Either responding to emergencies or explaining the equipment.

Culligan Lloydminster delivers excellent customer service. I can order soft water salt online, get it delivered and then pay online too. The service person even takes the bags of salt to my basement which is very much appreciated.
Your products have thus far been reliable and that's important, but I think your biggest strength is your people. The staff from your Melbourne, Florida office are wonderful. Today we had a service call from a tech, Zach, and we were blown away-- not just by his friendliness, but by the tremendous amount of knowledge he clearly has about the system and his ability to communicate the technical aspects in easy to understand terms. This gentleman is a huge asset to your company. He went above and beyond in answering our myriad of questions.

Jesus Jimenez is our delivery driver and he’s awesome. He always goes above and beyond to make sure we have our water. Also our driveway is a weird shape which can be tricky to get in and out of especially with a larger vehicle but Jesus always does a good job and never hits my flower barrels or runs over any of my other flowers on the sides of my driveway.
We're gonna miss having Dylan around but Ryan was sweet and explained whats happening to their routes. Thanks for introducing yourself and checking if we needed anything!
