Competent,friendly, and timely service is delivered every time we get a maintenance check up or make a call for a problem that needs to be fixed.
Nobody has called me back about the water softner as the panel wasn't on and the service man could not reset. Said he would have to have someone else come look at it. Well.... I went and looked again at it after he left and then I unplugged it and then plugged it back in and guess what...hhhmmm the panel came on. So I need someone to look at it to reset or just call and walk me thru it. Name removed

The installer Dennis was excellent...polite and very helpful. So far we are very happy the salesman was great everything explained. Just a bit expensive for senior citizens...

First of all I want to say how wonderful my Culligan girl (Samantha) was to work with!! She consistently went above and beyond her duties as a representative!! I sent her many texts and a couple of emails and she always got right back to me. She was always professional while still being friendly and real, which is a stretch from most companies these days!!
I absolutely love my cooler that works absolutely perfectly for my cold and or hot drinks! The taste of the water is bar none to other bottled water and you can rest assured that I am highly recommending Samantha and Culligan to ALL of my family and friends!!
