I had water all over my Mechanical room. Chelsea got me on the schedule same day, sent the technician out and not only did he solve my problem quickly, he wet vacuumed out the rest of the water from the closet. Culligan installed my softening and filtration system just a very few years after I moved into my home that is in a very rural location with VERY hard well water. This has been well over 15 years ago and the installed unit has given no issues and the service I receive from Culligan has always been outstanding. Of course I get regular inspections and salt deliveries as needed along with changing out the whole house water filter in its system when the service tech arrives. The regular service takes little time and since the visits are pre announced, I don't even have to be home.
When I have questions for customer service the person answering the phone knows the answer and provides the info in an always very friendly manner.
Quite frankly, my entire history of involvement with Culligan has been outstanding and I honestly cannot think of any way Culligan can improve the service they supply.
Delivery was prompt, timely, and schedule flexible. The delivery person was courteous and responsive to requests.
