Trevor, the salesman, answered all our questions and explained the processor setting up our water softener. The only thing is we asked for a copy of our contract and never got it. We finally had to call the office and they sent us one. Bill, the technician, did a great job in installing our unit.Everything was done with great care and precision. Both Trevor and Bill were very professional and wanted to make sure everything was the way we wanted it done. I would definitely recommend this service.
