Delivery man came and delivered. He phoned me to let me know. Told me how good my dogs were while he was there. He made sure the dog that went outside came back in before he left.

We installed a couple years ago and have the salt delivered. We stopped water delivery for drinking water and love the dail a soft feature for showering.

Prior to his visit, I had called The office in Indianapolis, the 9999 number. And it’s the second time I’ve gotten a hold of whomever this lady is, she was not very helpful. Either time, the calls were a month apart. Nobody available in my area to deliver salt in her demeanor came across like she had no care. Sorry can’t help your delivery will be next week. I wish I could remember her name. I called a different number and got a hold of the girl named Amy and she was very helpful very professional and helped my situation.
