The service and technician were great. We've had the two units since 2013, and it was time to have both units checked. Only had one timer on the softner go out and the technician had a new battery pack in his vehicle. They also came out, in a timely manner.
Lori was extremely helpful by understanding our needs and anticipating our next steps. She is friendly, professional and personable. As someone who has been in customer service for a very long time, it was refreshing to speak with Lori. Many of us in those roles can sound stressed or unhappy, Lori was the complete opposite...please give her a raise!

I've been using Culligan products for over 20 years, they are built to last and that's what I like about them. I recently got a new water softener even though my last water softener was still working after 19 years, I wanted to get the latest technology. I've been using the Pewaukee location my whole history with Culligan because it's very convenient and they always have salt available year round. All the employees that I have met and dealt with their have always been friendly and wanted to take care of my needs. Culligan products are not cheap, but you know the old saying, you get what you pay for and I have peace of mind that this new unit is going to be sitting here in 20 years, working. Culligan products are built for commercial and residential use and the warranty is quite good. If you're in the market for anything that deals with quality of water, Culligan has you covered, they are definitely a professional company.

Deliveries are always on time and driver does not block the door with the bottles. Prices are fair. Haven't had any issues since I switched to Culligan years ago.
