I have had a Culligan water softener and Reverse Osmosis system since moving to Wilmington in 1989. I have had excellent service with both of the systems, and when calling Culligan for service, they always come within a day or two. When my husband's job took us to Florida, I called Culligan there and got the same great service!

I love their water and service! Living in Wilmington, North Carolina, where our drinking water is not safe to drink, It’s a necessity to have good water delivered. Culligan water service is amazing. When I call the office for assistance regarding a cracked water bottle or my bill or to get my water cooler that I rent from them cleaned, they take care of things immediately and they’re so nice. Very knowledgeable also. I’ve never had to call back for the same issue because it wasn’t taken care of. Their drivers are just as nice. If I need help getting my water bottles inside the driver will bring it in. And there’s never an attitude when I call or ask the driver to help me get the bottles in. I use this water to cook with and I drink a lot of water. I would highly recommend Culligan to anyone thinking about having water delivered.
The product does a wonderful job of cleaning the water, leaving water that is crisp and fresh tasting. Customer service technicians are excellent and very responsive to the customers needs.
