One recommendation: it would be nice to have a timeline of when the person will arrive for delivery of salt. Either a notification when the schedule is established with a window of time. Or a 30 minute call or text prior to delivery.

Culligan is VERY supportive both when I stop in for info and/or products, they send e-mails to remind me of the scheduled delivery of products, and they send an enroute e-mail when the driver has left the facility as well as a picture of the driver so I know who is coming to my home. VERY professional and very much appreciated!
