The delivery is a big deal to me.
I have the "under the sink" filter system. So convenient to have nice filtered fresh water in my kitchen. It is even connected to my ice maker in my fridge, so I can be comfortable adding filtered cubes to my drinks.

That you have courteous phone and delivery staff, that the salt came be taken into a specific area when delivered, that smaller times for delivery can be arranged

The dishes seem cleaner our laundry seems cleaner. No soap scum and shower. Drinking water taste better even the food we cook with seems to taste better. I wish it was a little cheaper but overall it's worked out for us really well.
The Culligan service we receive makes it very convenient for us. The lovely receptionist is always very helpful and courteous when I call and have a question and the delivery driver we have is very understanding when we forget to put out bottles and gives me a call to confirm if we need a delivery or not. We have nothing but good things to say about the Saskatoon store.

Convient delivery services at a fair rate on a monthly basis or when needed
I would like to say that the service technician Tino was extremely professional and courteous. I received more explanation from him and instruction than I had since installation of my soft water system. He tested my water and verified all were within acceptable limits, he reset my electronic monitoring system and was able to verify my water and salt usage. He also delivered my salt.
He wrote instructions on the tablet to the office for future deliveries of salt must be brought into the garage and installed as I am elderly and disabled, and unable to do it.
This is where my complaint lies. I specifically request a delivery window so I could be here and let him in, I understand there was an emergency and therefore he was late. I left a message with the automated system for a callback as to why he did not appear 1 hr. after I was told he would be here. I received a call at 4:30pm stating he would be here soon.
I am just stating that office personnel should be able to communicate with the customer when they are made aware that the technician or delivery person will be later than expected.
The associates at Culligan from day 1 of my intall a year ago have been nothing but professional and courteous to me. They will answer any question you have and help you with a solution. They send you automated text to let you know when your next salt delivery is and can leave specific details on your delivery. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their water solutions taken care of.
