VERY PROMPT
Aside from a couple of bad-tasting bottles (over several years, mind you), I am pleased with Culligan. I am especially pleased with Duane, my delivery person, who always assists with bringing my bottles inside (I'm in my 80's)! I did have numerous problems with my account when Culligan changed their bookkeeping program in that it never reflected payments correctly, etc. I was able to reach out to a special individual in the office who was excellent at assisting me with finally getting autopay set up, etc. I still have to double-check from time to time to ensure the systems has my account up to date regarding payment, however!

Our Culligan dealer has always been very easy to work with and quick to handle any issues. I neglected to put out our bottles out on our regular delivery day due to a serious back injury, but Kristy was able to adjust the schedule in order to get some additional bottles to us so we don't run out. I very much appreciated her assistance.
