We picked up salt on a Saturday. Ashley assisted us in the drive thru and was very pleasant and efficient. We pulled around to the garage and a nice man loaded for us.
Service employees! Lowell was on time, let me know about time of arrival! As always friendly, listened attentively as I described some issues with regeneration of water softener! Finished work efficiently and informative about what he did and resolution to regeneration issues! He also reminded me what I needed to do to finish the total process!
We have a water dispenser in the restaurant love it. It is very convenient for all the employees especially when you work in the kitchen what I love the most is that we have an option also for hot water thank you Culligan and Francisco and Cesar that came today on a hot day and did the yearly service on the water dispenser, very professional and friendly. These guys really know what they’re doing. Thank you Francisco and Cesar you guys rock.

Serviced well, works well, timely service, fair pricing when I gets bags delivered, the service man carries them down and fills my tank, which is wonderful because vthe bags are so heavy.

Started a couple months ago when we had that freeze that lasted a week, I had a water filter at my son in laws house which my wife uses as a Bakery, Line broke on the top. I spent all day driving around Home Depot, Lowes, Ace , they referred me to these plumbing warehouses all over town, went to 3 of them and had zero luck, on my way home to WEWA, I was on 15th st, I saw Culligans, so I said why not, walked in and the lady at the desk asked to help me, told her what my day was like and I showed her the line that I was looking for, she called some guy from the shop, I think his name was Jason, He took the line said wait a few minutes and in 10 minutes he had made me a new line. That point on I was a Culligan Fan. So that leads to this week, Though my problem started 1st week of December, I had little to No water pressure, after dealing with 3 month with my Home Choice Warranty people, zero results I started making calls myself, one at a time I had folks come out to roubleshoot, spent a bunch of money that didnt fix the problem, I called Culligan Last, I should have started with you, I talked to a Maria Bus, emailed her pictures of my system and told her, showering, Laundery, dishes, even flushing was hard with no water pressure, She called Dedrick Li, He said he would be right over, ( Wednesday Evening) I live roughly 1 hour from your 15th street Office, He showed up, he looked over my system and it was 16 years old and it was probably internally clogged, but to be sure he contacted someone at the office to tell them everything what I was going through, Dedrick explained the recommended system and I said let me discuss it with the wife when she gets home, because this wasnt cheap but I was on board if it fixed my issue. We agreed to lets move forward, I called Dedrick and he agreed to meet me the next day at the Toyota Dealer the next morning to get the paperwork started at 07:30 as I had an appointment , He was there right on time, we got the paperwork signed approved I asked when would the Installation take place, I expected a week or so with an appointment, He said Tomorrow Morning at 10:00, Friday Morning at 09:45 Tavion the Technician called me that he was 10 minutes away , gave me enough toime to put Dogs up and Open Gate, Tavion Showed up ready to go at exactly 10:00, I showed him the pump House where the old System was and I could tell he had dont this before, He worked steady, didnt take a break, very polite, professional and had it all hooked up, cleaned up and explained everything to me, He was done at roughly 15:00, It was a very small Pump House and your Tanks was so much bigger than mine so Tavion had to get creative with placing them in to fit, new plumbing too. He did show me the old tanks, The Iron and Calcium build up was so excessive it was a wonder I had water Pressure at all. I know this was lengthy but I had to explain it from the beginning. JASON, Maria, Dedrick, Tavion, You all make a great Team of Professionals and your Customer Service is TOP SHELF - This old Navy Sailor Loves people who are on time and take Pride in their work , Communication was Great, Thank You, The Shower Feels amazing.
